VBS Donation

Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church and St. Andrew’s in-the-Pines Episcopal Church, both in Peachtree City, partnered for a “Gospel Express” Vacation Bible School this year and hosted 196 children along with 80 youth and adult volunteers. The children donated more than $1,000 to the Lutheran Disaster Relief, earmarked to buy medical supplies for the free clinic at Bethel Lutheran Church, Biloxi, Miss. The local THRIVENT chapter agreed to match the contributions up to $400. Stories, singing, crafts, recreation and fun were had by all who attended. Photo
